Opening in October in prime position overlooking Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach, GetSashimi is the natural evolution of the business The Sashimi paradise boasts an impressive 8 meter sashimi loaded frontage and takes occupancy in a much coveted foodie position, high in foot traffic.It includes a talented Itamaes – skilled sushi and sashimi chefs – whose talents are ondisplay allowing customers to select their cut and watch it be prepared by the talented chef.
If takeaway isn’t your thing, then guests can take a seat at the sashimi train-style dining

The launch of GetSashimi has long been a dream of mine to bring a healthy offering and findingthe best possible spot in Bondi Beach has brought this dream to a reality. The popularity of freshsashimi is a healthy protein option, and I am really excited to be bringing this experience andproduce to the Sydney consumer in a fast and convenient fashion.
