A Culinary Journey
Overlooking Sydney's Iconic Bondi Beach, Get Sashimi is a takeaway and dine in sashimi restaurant. The sashimi paradise boasts an impressive 8 metre sashimi loaded frontage which is complemented by a 12 metre sushi train and dine in seating. It is operated by talented itamaes, - skilled sashimi and sushi chefs-, whose talents are on display allowing customers to select and watch it be prepared by the talented chef.

The launch of GetSashimi has long been a dream of mine to bring a healthy offering and findingthe best possible spot in Bondi Beach has brought this dream to a reality. The popularity of freshsashimi is a healthy protein option, and I am really excited to be bringing this experience andproduce to the Sydney consumer in a fast and convenient fashion.
